I DONT JUST HAVE SEX WITH ANYONE

Selective Exchange in Cartagena - @HelloGbenga

For my brother’s birthday, we flew out to Cartagena, Colombia. Sun, music, and moments we won’t forget—but also a lot that made me reflect.

In Cartagena, sex work is legal. It’s part of the economy, part of the culture, and for many, it’s how they survive. Being there made it clear how deeply sex impacts different parts of the world. It’s not just personal—it’s political, social, and economic.

What hit me hardest was realizing this: even sex workers don’t just have sex with anyone. You gotta pay. There’s still a selection process. A value exchange.

It was a wild setting to be reminded of the mission behind IDJHSWA. “I Don’t Just Have Sex With Anyone” isn’t just about abstinence or exclusivity—it’s about energy, worth, and conscious choice. No matter where you are in the world, that message holds weight.

Selective exchange is GLOBAL
